Rehabilitation Medicine provides diagnostic and restorative care for individuals who have a variety of disabilities or functional deficits or deterioration. We offer care to patients age 10 and over, and we develop individualized and customized treatment programs for each patient.

The goal of Rehab Medicine is to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities. We specialize in restoring optimal function to people with injuries to the muscles, bones, tendons and nervous system.

Sports Medicine

We also provide sports medicine services including a full spectrum of injury treatment and prevention for athletes of all ages.

Dr. Dominguez and Dr. Green see patients for concussion assessments at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph – Family Care North Pointe. Patients will be referred to them by our Sports Medicine team.
